The location was perfect, within a close distance from a vibrant beach...

Pretty tidy place with super friendly staff, especially the receptionist who made us feel right at home 🌟. the spot was just right, easy for strolls around Fishermen's Beach.

Residencial Vinnus is conveniently located at the heart of "old" Ericeira with plenty of shops and restaurants around. It's also just two steps from the port and sandy beaches. The room (superior double) is rather small but clean and pleasing.The staff is really friendly and helpful.

The place could be noisy during the high season.

comforts of double room were fabulous - climate control, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and an electronic key card.

The guesthouse has an excellent location, just a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches and the vibrant city center. Surrounded by many highly rated restaurants, it's a perfect spot for food lovers. the rooms are stylish and neat, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were some issues with the overall equipment of the rooms, such as old and broken interior doors and rusty fridges.

Budget hotel in a very nice small town near Lisbon. Great beaches close by. Rooms are clean and ours had a microwave oven and cutlery. The people running the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

I'd definitely recommend this place and I'll be coming back for sure! the location was perfect, right in the center of everything, and the staff was so helpful. the twin room we stayed in was the best 🌟.

New furniture, very clean, attentive staff.

The room was very small and even more so was the bathroom (not more than 2 sqm). Yet it was spick and span.

I recently stayed at a lovely guesthouse in the center of Ericeira for 3 days. The hostess warmly welcomed us and the location was just 5 minutes away from the ocean. The spacious and clean room, along with the comfortable double bed, made our stay very enjoyable. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the breakfast served in a basket was a wonderful touch. I will definitely be coming back to this amazing accommodation!

Clean & stylish, kichenette with a fridge, old city pedestrian area, parking at a near-by mercado square. Close to the ocean.

The hotel is very good situated, it's in the middle of the beautiful city Ericeira. The beach is 3 minutes walking, the view is amazing. There is a lot shops and restaurants near the hotel. The town has wonderful climat, if you want to see real Portugal you must go there. Nice bathroom. Free internet.

Some people might find the rooms too small but in fact they are ok.

The hotel is located in the beautifully quaint town center, very close to stunning ocean views. Clean and efficient.

Hotel made an effort to put in little nice touches in terms of decor such as paintings, well desgined bed and pillow covers, wall finishing, colour schemes.

The room was damp and cold like a dungeon and heater was not efficient. Cold air seeping in from windows even when curtains were drawn. Wayer was seeping down from the ceiling and so bad that you could see the water running down the walls!!! We covered ourselves with extra blankets. My friend, who has asthma, was wheezing away. I caught a terrible cold and am still recovering from it. I had to spend the next 2 days in our hotel in Coimbra sleeping day and night to try to rest and recover. Didnot get the chance to see the town before having to drive to next town. Not a nice way to spend one's holiday and hard-earned money. The room we were given at Residencial Vinnus is not fit for human habitation and a hazard to human health!!!
